Pre-booking
To ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule.
All services such as large color services, keratin treatments, and hair extensions will be subject to a 50% service fee if the appointment is missed or if the cancellation is within 24 hours.
A credit card will be required at booking to reserve an appointment.
Gift Cards
Give someone you care about the gift of style and well-being. Clove Aveda Salon gift cards are perfect for holidays, birthdays and other special occasions. Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for any salon service or product. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to process gratuities on credit/debit cards.
Exchange
Unused Aveda products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from purchase date with a valid Clove Aveda Salon receipt.
Guarantee
At Clove Aveda Salon, we guarantee all of our products and services. If you are not satisfied, please let our manager know within seven days of your haircut or chemical service. All services are non-refundable. Our team will provide the opportunity to address any concerns referring to each service within a 7 day period from the original appointment.
